With the new year comes plenty of resolutions. I have a new resolution about my weight: that I will be in charge. I don’t recommend any fad diet or anything that you get on and then get tired of and forget. I recommend a simple formula: burn more calories than you eat.

With the first, you can measure how much is your intake; how many calories you are eating. The second is what you can use to measure how your body is doing. It measures your body fat.
With these two tools you can make sure that whatever diet or exercise pattern you choose, that it is really working. And you can also make sure that you aren’t eating too much. This is the perfect formula to a great new life-style.
